Brad Hillwig is an award-winning writer/producer/director and experienced marketing professional driven by the art of innovative storytelling. Brad has developed and produced television shows for major U.S. cable networks, created brand-defining commercial campaigns and directed documentaries in some of Alaska’s most remote and unforgiving landscapes. Brad’s creative style blends vivid writing, evocative imagery and kinetic motion with the two most foundational elements: Story and a sense of humanity.
Also an accomplished still photographer and aspiring non-fiction author, Brad lets the message and the story determine the medium and the distribution.
The backstory: Born in South Carolina, raised in Kentucky, migrated to Alaska. Brad received a bachelor of arts degree in English from Centre College and went on to earn a Master of Business Administration at the University of Alaska Anchorage. Brad currently lives in Anchorage, Alaska with his wife Victoria.
